TENDER DESCRIPTION

Operations management for street lighting for the city of Wilhelmshaven as a framework contract for 4 years (without extension option). Scope of services: - Lot 1 (Wilhelmshaven): Maintenance, servicing and ensuring traffic safety for the existing facilities with approximately 11,000 light points. In addition, setting up a service hotline for fault reporting, as well as for planning information, documentation and maintenance of a management software, monitoring of the lighting control, fault tracking and invoicing/settlement with the insurance company, and support with technical questions and with budget planning. Also included is the construction/establishment of new lighting installations.
