TENDER DESCRIPTION
Operations management for street lighting for the city of Wilhelmshaven as a framework agreement for 4 years (without extension option). Scope of performance: - Lot 1 (Wilhelmshaven): Maintenance, upkeep and assurance of traffic safety for the existing facilities comprising approximately 11,000 light points. In addition, establishing a service hotline for reporting faults, as well as for planning information, documentation and maintenance of a management software, monitoring of the lighting control system, fault tracking and invoicing/account settlement with the insurer, and support with technical questions and with budget planning. In addition, the construction of new lighting facilities.
