TENDER DESCRIPTION
RheinEnergie AG as well as its subsidiaries and holdings require flexible, temporary support through temporary agency workers (temporary staff) in order to cover, for example, work peaks, compensate for long-term employee absences, or implement projects with a high demand for project participants. The company’s Service Desk is currently operated by an external service provider. As part of a planned realignment, the Service Desk is no longer to be traditionally outsourced but operated via temporary employment (temporary agency work). It is intended to deploy (Senior) IT Service Desk Agents as temporary agency workers. These assume the classic Service Desk activities.
