TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject matter of the contract is the purchase of rolling stock for Rail Baltica regional passenger transport together with the associated services, as well as options for rolling stock units. The technical description is attached (Appendix 1). Each contracting authority (Elron, LTG, Vivi) enters into a separate contract with the successful tenderer.
