TENDER DESCRIPTION
The objective of the Contract is to provide CSL with reliable and responsive access to alternative road transport during planned and unplanned rail disruption while maintaining: Guest safety; Accessibility and reasonable adjustment; Service continuity; Appropriate guest experience standards; Effective operational communication; Value for money; Transparent and controlled pricing; Appropriate supplier assurance; Legal and regulatory compliance; and Effective management of the Supplier's transport operator network. The successful Supplier will act as CSL's primary point of coordination for alternative road transport requirements, avoiding the need for CSL operational personnel to source and manage individual transport operators during live disruption.
