TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract will build the sports park maintenance building using concrete structures in the form of a turnkey contract as described below. In the area of the Rajakylä sports park, at Rajakentäntie 3, 01280 Vantaa, a new single-storey concrete-structured maintenance building will be constructed; scope approximately n. 280 brm2. The form of contract is a turnkey contract in which the contractor acts as the main contractor/implementer and is responsible for managing the site, as well as acting as the contractor responsible for site services. The contracting authority will procure, at its own cost, a separate building automation contractor. Schedule target: - Contract period 10/26 - 6/27 In its tender, the contractor may present a completion schedule deviating from the above. Note: The contracting authority will add to the tender request documents (sokopro) the MEP (HVAC) design plans for the project by 21.9.2026. At the same time, clarification will be provided regarding the types of floor drains.
