TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Jyväskylä (Property Services, a business unit, and all sectors), Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences Ltd (JAMK), Tikkakoski Health Centre Property Ltd, and Doctors’ Building Property Ltd in Jyväskylä form a procurement consortium and competitively tender for structural design planning tasks in accordance with the request for tenders and its annexes for the period 2027 and 2028, and with options for the years 2029 and 2030. 4 (four) framework agreement partners are selected. The estimated value of the procurement for the contract period is EUR 1.0 million. The maximum value of the procurement for the contract period is EUR 1.2 million. The maximum value includes a provision for procurement needs that are, in advance, difficult to assess during the contract period and for which the scope cannot be reliably assessed when launching the procurement.
