TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Jyväskylä’s Facilities Service will procure structural design assignments in accordance with the request for tenders for the framework arrangement and its appendices for the period 2027 and 2028, and with options for the years 2029 and 2030. 4 (four) contract partners will be selected. The estimated value of the procurement for the contract period is EUR 1.0 million. The maximum value of the procurement for the contract period is EUR 1.2 million. The maximum value includes a reserve for procurement needs that are, in advance, difficult to assess during the contract period and whose scope cannot be reliably assessed when launching the procurement. The maximum value does not describe the contracting authority’s commitment to a procurement quantity, but rather the highest possible value of the procurement during the contract period. If the maximum value is reached before the expiry date of the fixed-term contract or, possibly, the option period that has been exercised, the framework arrangement ends.
