TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the tender request is building automation maintenance and service works for properties owned by the City of Kauniainen. The tender request asks for an hourly price for performing these works. The objective of the procurement is to obtain as the contractual partner for this service procurement an operator that, for the purposes of this project, has sufficient know-how and experience in the maintenance and servicing of building automation for properties. The tenderer must be registered with, or register before submitting the tender, Schneider Electric Oy’s EcoXpert partner programme and meet the partner programme’s terms and criteria and complete the required trainings successfully. The tenderer must be a partner programme master or certified level operator.
