TENDER DESCRIPTION

Works under the framework agreement may include maintenance, fault-finding, repairs, modifications, programming, renovation, commissioning and optimisation works for building automation systems. The works include, as required, VAK and sub-plant works, installation and replacement of field devices, changes to time programs, setpoint values, control loops, controls and alarms, as well as adding and modifying measurement, control, indication and alarm points. The works may also include connecting HVAC and electrical systems to building automation, preparing and updating building surveillance graphics, and implementing data communication links and integrations between systems. Services include, in accordance with the order, commissioning of the systems, operational tests, testing, optimisation of operation and energy efficiency, backing up software and delivering versions to the contracting authority after changes, as well as clarifying fault situations and providing technical expert support.
