TENDER DESCRIPTION

SCOPE OF THE PROCUREMENT The City of Pori has a need for a tool that covers the entire life cycle of building and facilities projects and supports early-stage planning of projects, simulation of alternatives, and the reporting required to support decision-making. The aim is to improve the quality of project planning, cost control and the comparability of alternatives, and to support the qualitative and financial preparation of investment decisions. The procurement concerns a cost simulation software service for the City of Pori. This is a framework procurement that covers all functionalities and requirements defined in the procurement documents. INTENDED USE OF THE SOFTWARE With the cost simulation software, it must be possible to examine the cost impacts of properties commissioned by the city and the life-cycle greenhouse gas (carbon footprint) and life-cycle handprint impacts of a construction project in accordance with the assessment methodology of the Climate Impact Reporting Decree.
