TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is electrical design assignments for mainly public new-build and major improvement projects commissioned by Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy. The value of individual construction projects is, as a rule, more than 1 M€. The required proficiency/complexity classes of the design assignments are, as a rule, standard or demanding. In defining the level of design complexity, the “Design task complexity for Electrical systems” form found at www.sähkösuunnittelu.fi is used. The complexity class of the design assignment is stated by the Contracting Party in connection with the order or the accelerated tendering. If necessary, the design assignments are defined on a project-specific basis from the task list for building services design TATE 18 (RT 10-11290). The design is carried out in accordance with the instructions prepared by Tilapalvelut (https://tampereentilapalvelut.fi/materiaalipankki/suunnitteluohjeet/). The Contracting Party currently uses the Haahtela Pris project bank.
