TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is electrical design assignments for mainly public new-build and basic improvement projects commissioned by Tampereen Tilapalvelut Oy. The value of individual construction projects is mainly over 1 M€. The classification of the complexity requirements for the design assignments is mainly ordinary or demanding. In determining the complexity of the design, the form “Sähköjärjestelmien suunnittelutehtävän vaativuus” (complexity of the electrical systems design assignment) found at www.sähkösuunnittelu.fi is used. The complexity class of the design assignment is stated by the Contracting Authority in connection with the contract award or an accelerated competition procedure. If necessary, the design assignments are defined project-specifically from the task list of building services design TATE 18 (RT 10-11290). The design will be carried out in accordance with the guidelines prepared by Tilapalvelut (https://tampereentilapalvelut.fi/materiaalipankki/suunnitteluohjeet/).
