TENDER DESCRIPTION

The object of the procurement is hourly charged or fixed price construction technical works related to the maintenance and repairs of properties. The procurement procedure establishes a framework agreement, to which 4-5 companies are appointed in this Part 1. (If fewer acceptable bids are received, the number of accepted bids will be selected.) The suitability requirements for this sub-area are suitable even for the smallest companies, as the minimum personnel resource requirement is met by a company with one to three construction professionals (RAM). If a bidder with resources exceeding three persons (RAM) submits a bid to this sub-area, the contracting authority has the right to exclude the bid. The key terms of the framework agreement are detailed in the attached draft framework agreement. Appointed to the framework agreement: Sub-area 1 Hourly-based construction technical works / Smaller companies' part (at least 1-3 construction professionals (RAM), smaller companies) 4-5 companies.
