TENDER DESCRIPTION

The property services of Hyria Education Ltd take care of the maintenance and property management of Hyria Education’s properties. There are currently a total of six units: in Riihimäki two (Sakonkatu 1 and Teollisuuskatu 22a) and in Hyvinkää four (Karankatu 3–5, Kauppalankatu 18, Uudenmaankatu 249 and Uudenmaankatu 20). The total gross floor area of the units is approximately 50,000 m2. The units have been completed in different decades and basic improvements have been carried out over the years. A broad property strategy is under way in Hyria, which affects, among other things, the number of units. In addition, Hyria has operations in rented premises, where construction works may also be commissioned. Under the framework agreement to be concluded, small and medium-sized annual repair works to be carried out at the sites of Hyria Education Ltd and other construction works, including any demolition work possible, excluding major projects. The repair works are works compliant with Hyria’s annual repair programme as well as urgent smaller construction and repair works.
