TENDER DESCRIPTION
The construction site is a one-storey health center. The contract competition (tendering period) is carried out in accordance with Section 57 of the Procurement Act (519/2026) using an accelerated procedure. The existing health center has a significant indoor air quality problem, and it is not possible to arrange replacement working premises. Due to the indoor air quality problem, the construction of the new health center must be expedited. In addition, shifting the start date of construction to a later autumn increases contractors’ costs and may cause defects in construction quality. The contract competition is, as a rule, carried out using the calculation material in accordance with the earlier competition (tender request 619937 / 15.7.2026 + additional letters).
