TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the construction contract (main contract) for the "Metsälä" L-building at Honkalampi. The construction contract includes building technical works, including fixed furniture and stainless steel contract. The contract area is located in the L-building of the Honkalampi center, built in the 1980s, called "Metsälä", where a 24-hour service housing unit, as referred to in section 21 c of the Social Welfare Act, operates. The contract area will accommodate living spaces for a total of six (6) clients as well as shared facilities of the building and block.
