TENDER DESCRIPTION
The units of the City of Naantali (the Contracting Authority) invite tenders for the execution of construction contracting works for the contract period. The works subject to procurement will be carried out either as individually mini-competitively tendered assignments or as works procured directly in accordance with the contract terms. Construction contracts will also be competitively tendered by project-specific contract competitions. The estimated start date of the contract period is 1.11.2026. In addition, the Contracting Authority reserves the option for two extension years (1+1). The option refers to the possibility of continuing the contract under the original terms. The Contracting Authority will decide separately on the use of the options. The procurement will be implemented as a framework arrangement. The content and quantity of the ordered works are not known in advance, and the Contracting Authority does not commit to any procurement volumes during the contract period.
