TENDER DESCRIPTION

The units of the City of Naantali (Contracting Authority) request tenders for the implementation of construction contracting works for the contract period. The works covered by the procurement will be carried out either as separately mini-competed assignments or as directly procured works in accordance with the contract terms. Construction contracts will also be competed through project-specific contract competitions. The estimated start date of the contract period is 1.11.2026. In addition, the Contracting Authority reserves the option for two extension years (1+1). An option means the possibility of extending the contract under the original terms. The Contracting Authority will decide on the use of the options separately. The procurement will be conducted as a framework agreement. The content and volume of the ordered works are not known in advance and the Contracting Authority does not commit to any procurement volumes during the contract period.
