The contract comes into effect upon the signing by both parties, at which point the contract period also begins. The provision of services is set to commence during October 2026. The contract is estimated to last for 21 months. Its validity extends until the Project is completed and the associated Services are successfully finalized, or until the contract is otherwise terminated. A detailed schedule for the implementation of the services will be agreed upon separately.

The core scope of work for this tender involves providing expert and resource services to supplement the Client's project organization for the Hansalink3/Superstar+ project. This project is focused on developing the Vuosaari-Travemünde connection for Finnlines' new Hansa Superstar class RoPax vessels.

The project entails the implementation of a new vessel berth and associated systems in Vuosaari, which includes:

• Lower and upper ramps.
• Shore power.
• Passenger bridge and building solutions.
• Mooring equipment.
• Traffic arrangements.
• Digital infrastructure.
• Foundation construction.

The objective of the procurement is to ensure high-quality procurement, guaranteed schedule, quality and safety, and controlled and cost-effective project execution during the planning, procurement, and implementation phases.

The services to be provided cover the following key areas:

• Project management and design phase support.
• Procurement and contract preparation.
• Implementation phase supervision, including:
• Site manager.
• Supervisor for civil and foundation works.
• Supervisor for electrical and automation works.
• Supervisor for steel and mechanical structures.
• Supervision for building construction and building services.
• Quality management.
• HSE tasks (occupational safety and safety coordination).

Required personnel roles include Project Manager Support (acting as the service provider's project manager for the procurement), Site Manager (Chief Supervisor), Procurement Engineer, Quality Management Coordinator, and HSE Coordinator, along with supervisors for specific civil, electrical, mechanical, building, and building services works.
