TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is construction management consultancy services for the City of Nokia and Nokia Rental Housing Ltd (hereinafter the “Client”) for new-build and renovation projects, and demolition projects (hereinafter the “Service”). The need for the Service varies during the contract period. The Clients do not commit to purchasing a fixed amount of the Service. The Clients may also handle the work tasks of the subcontracted sub-areas as their own work. A framework agreement is established for the procurement, under which up to five (5) suppliers that have submitted the most economically advantageous tender are selected, unless there are fewer suppliers meeting the qualification requirements or fewer acceptable tenders. Tenderers are placed in order of priority based on the lowest price.
