TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is construction consulting services for new-build and renovation projects, as well as demolition projects, for the City of Nokia and Nokia Rental Housing Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the “Contracting Authority”). (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”). The need for the Service varies during the contract term. The Contracting Authorities do not commit to purchasing a fixed quantity of the Service. The Contracting Authorities may also carry out the work assignments for the parts to be tendered themselves. The procurement will establish a framework arrangement in which up to five (5) suppliers that have submitted the most economically advantageous tenders will be selected, unless there are fewer suppliers that meet the qualification requirements or fewer acceptable tenders. Tenderers will be ranked primarily on the basis of the lowest price.
