TENDER DESCRIPTION

Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy is tendering for an expert services framework arrangement for assessing the life-cycle impacts of construction. The procurement is carried out as a joint procurement in accordance with Section 31 of the Act on Public Contracts and Concessions in the water and energy supply, transport and postal services sectors (1398/2016, the amended special sectors procurement act), in which the contracting authorities participating in the procurement jointly ensure compliance with the provisions of this Act. Each contracting authority participating in the procurement shall make its own procurement decision and enter into its own procurement contract. The other contracting organisations are the subsidiaries of Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy (Helsingin Joukkoliikenneinfra Oy, RV Kalusto ja Varikko Oy and Ruskeasuon Varikkokiinteistö Oy), the City of Helsinki’s Transport Services Department (HKL), Länsimetro Oy (LM) and Sammalvuoren Metrovarikko Oy (SMV).
