TENDER DESCRIPTION

Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy is tendering for a framework agreement for expert services to assess the life-cycle impacts of construction. The procurement is carried out as a joint procurement in accordance with Section 31 of the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts of entities operating in the water and energy supply, transport and postal services sectors (1398/2016, later special sectors procurement act), in which contracting authorities participating in the procurement jointly ensure compliance with the provisions of this Act. Each contracting authority participating in the procurement shall make its own procurement decision and enter into its own procurement contract. The other contracting organisations are the subsidiaries of Pääkaupunkiseudun Kaupunkiliikenne Oy (Helsingin Joukkoliikenneinfra Oy, RV Kalusto ja Varikko Oy and Ruskeasuon Varikkokiinteistö Oy), the Helsinki City Transport Authority (HKL), Länsimetro Oy (LM) and Sammalvuoren Metrovarikko Oy (SMV).
