TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement covers recurring planned and unplanned civil engineering contracts within Mörbylånga municipality. The assignments may include earthworks and excavation, water and sewage works, street and road construction, pedestrian and cycle paths, park and detailed landscaping works, stormwater facilities, pumping stations, retaining walls, trenching for pipelines and cables, emergency operational measures, as well as minor building-related earthworks. Assignments may be executed as performance contracts according to AB 04 or design and build contracts according to ABT 06, and can be organized as main contracts, coordinated main contracts, or divided contracts. The framework agreement is intended to be signed with three (3) suppliers.
