The contract timeline is as follows:

• Contract start date: 2027-01-01
• Initial end date: 2027-12-31
• Total duration: The initial duration is one year. The agreement can be extended for up to an additional three years, with one-year increments (2028, 2029, 2030), if the client wishes.
• Automatic extensions: The agreement will automatically extend until 2028-12-31 if not terminated by 2027-09-30. It will further extend until 2029-12-31 if not terminated by 2028-09-30, and until 2030-12-31 if not terminated by 2029-09-30.
• Key milestones/phases:
• Before the assignment starts, the consultant, in collaboration with other consultants, must develop a detailed time schedule proposal for the assignment, which requires client approval.
• The assignment is to commence as soon as the order document (assignment contract) is signed.
• All consultants must adhere to the partial times established by the client.
• The delivery times specified by the client in the order document are applicable.
• The consultant's assignment is considered complete once the contract has undergone a warranty inspection.

Information Coordination and Management:

• Documenting adaptations and interpretations to existing structures and standards.
• Establishing requirements for coordination during inquiries/orders and for digital deliveries.
• Appointing a main coordinator and responsible personnel, delineating decision areas.
• Setting up storage locations or project networks and defining access rights for all parties.
• Providing instruction and training to participants.
• Specifying equipment, functions, and shared network components.
• Developing a delivery plan and contact list.
• Scheduling information coordination meetings and distributing coordination tasks.
• Defining storage structures and boundaries between parties regarding objects and information quantities.
• Ensuring the operation, accessibility, and security of the project network against intrusion, theft, and data destruction.
• Maintaining a list of utilized software and hardware, and testing communication and hardware.
• Specifying file formats and validating applications according to delivery specifications.
• Establishing routines for deliveries, including testing conversions and determining communication methods.
• Defining structuring requirements for models and documents, and managing the storage of models, work material, and finished documents, including backup routines.
• Creating a comprehensive plan for information coordination and ensuring dependent information is coordinated before delivery.
• Managing archiving processes, including sifting, execution of archiving, determining digital archive custodians, storage media, lifespan, and metadata for searchability.
• Securing finished documents against unintended alterations, particularly in model-oriented environments with file references.
• Verifying the establishment of all required templates.
• Setting requirements for object information and quality standards for models and documents through delivery specifications.
• Specifying current documents and their status for collaboration, and managing file versioning.
• Defining all deliveries included in the collaboration, formal requirements (naming conventions, templates), and distributing necessary templates and tools.
• Determining storage methods for model files in object-oriented design, production, and management, stored as separate files.
• Identifying applicable metadata vocabularies.
• Reconciling the list of appendices.
• Executing and acknowledging deliveries, and controlling information quantities both before and upon receipt.
• Evaluating the performance of completed deliveries.

Core Deliverables:

• Operation and Maintenance Instructions (Drift- och underhållsinstruktioner), including address and telephone directories for suppliers, an overview description, site plans, orientation plans, total flow diagrams, marking and signage, and functional overviews with technical prerequisites.
• As-built Drawings (Relationshandlingar) for Architecture, Construction, and Building Parts, which include a drawing list and a 3D model.
• The 3D model for VS (Ventilation and Sanitation) should represent the built environment, including pipe runs, sticks, valves, and space-consuming apparatuses as objects, with room tags referencing the A-model.
• The 3D model for G (Geographical/Ground) should also represent the built environment, including pipe runs, sticks, valves, and space-consuming apparatuses as objects, with room tags referencing the A-model.
• The 3D model for E (Electrical) should include cable trays and conduits as objects, and electrical centers as volume objects in installation-dense areas, referencing a base model.
• Documentation in formats like PDF/A and IFC-fi2xml, with metadata specified according to Bilaga 3.
• Plan drawings for Electrical (Planritning E).
