The contract starts on January 1, 2027, and is initially set to end on December 31, 2027.

• If the client does not terminate the agreement by September 30, 2027, it will be extended until December 31, 2028.
• If the client does not terminate the agreement by September 30, 2028, it will be extended until December 31, 2029.

• Before the assignment starts, the consultant, along with other consultants, must develop a detailed timetable for the assignment, which needs to be approved by the client.

• The agreed completion time as specified in the order document must be adhered to.
• The consultant's assignment is deemed complete after the warranty inspection of the construction project.
• The client determines the start and end dates for each individual assignment.
• There are specific delivery times for documents (e.g., review, inquiry, construction, and as-built documents), and delays may incur penalties.

The core scope of work and statement of work for this tender primarily involve comprehensive information coordination and the delivery of various technical documents and models. Key aspects include:

• Information Coordination: Appointing a main coordinator and responsible parties, defining decision-making areas, establishing project networks and storage locations, and implementing routines for instructing and training participants. It also covers defining access rights, specifying equipment responsibilities, creating delivery plans and contact lists, and scheduling coordination meetings. The scope includes agreeing on the distribution of coordination tasks and determining the structure for information storage.

• Quality and Specification: Defining quality standards for models and documents as per Annex 5, managing file versions, and clearly defining all deliverables included in the collaboration in accordance with Annexes 3-5.
• Specific Deliverables: The tender explicitly requires deliverables such as Operation and Maintenance Instructions, Address and Telephone directories, Overview descriptions, Site plans, Orientation plans, Total flow schemes, Marking and signage, Functional overviews, Technical specifications, Drawing lists, and 3D models (e.g., Object models for various disciplines like G-model and VS-model).
