TENDER DESCRIPTION

The agreement concerns framework agreements regarding construction services and building services for conversion and maintenance work, conversion of premises, repairs and smaller new-build projects within the contracting authority’s entire property portfolio and thus in different types of activities in Orust Municipality. The framework agreement also includes work in other trades, such as, for example, ground and civil engineering works, painting work, floor works, electrical works and HVAC and refrigeration engineering works, which are required to carry out projects that have been called off as a design-and-build contract under a general contract. However, the contracting authority always has the right to allow such other trades to be included in a side contract. The framework agreement’s maximum volume for Orust Municipality (including any extension periods) is SEK 68,000,000. The framework agreement’s maximum volume for the Stiftelsen Orustbostäder Foundation (including any extension periods) is SEK 60,000,000.
