TENDER DESCRIPTION

The framework agreement covers valuation of properties and rights of use, as well as associated analyses and investigations. Assignments may relate to valuation in an urban setting and in forests and/or agriculture within the following areas: Expropriation and compensation valuation Compulsory purchase and expropriation valuation Land and property valuation Valuation of leased land (tomträtt) Valuation prior to the sale of property and acquisition of property. The framework agreement will be concluded with three tenderers, provided that there are three tenderers that qualify.
