TENDER DESCRIPTION
Ellevio will carry out a procurement of a Framework Agreement for cable works in Stockholm tunnels. The procurement includes work within security-sensitive activities and will impose special requirements including, among other things, security protection, competence and ability to carry out the work. The framework agreement will cover work with varying scope, technical complexity and voltage levels, primarily 33, 110 and 220 kV. Ellevio will provide cables as well as joints and cable terminations for 110 kV and 220 kV. All other material required for the full completion of the contracts shall be included in the contractor’s undertaking. The procurement is carried out as a competitive dialogue in accordance with the Act (2016:1146) on public procurement within the utilities sector (LUF). In this first stage, suppliers apply to participate in the procurement. The suppliers that meet the qualification requirements and are selected will be invited to the dialogue.
