The contract timeline is as follows:

• Contract Start Date: Planned for 2026-11-03.
• Total Duration: The framework agreement is for four (4) years.
• Key Milestones/Phases:
• The agreement can be terminated prematurely by the Client after 12 months, with a six (6) month notice period.
• The last day to ask questions for a guaranteed answer is 2026-10-09.
• The bid submission deadline is 2026-10-19 23:59.
• The supplier must be bound by their bid until 2027-01-18.
• The contract was published on 2026-09-18 13:45.

The core scope of work for this tender is a framework agreement for security technical installations, encompassing services for existing installations of access control, intrusion, and camera surveillance systems. The services will be called off successively throughout the contract period.

The current facilities primarily consist of:

• Approximately 70 intrusion alarm systems, mainly Larm i ARX, Galaxy, Larmnet, Vanderbilt Omnis, and Paradox brands.
• Approximately 50 access control systems, totaling around 300 doors, mainly ASSA Arx.
• Approximately 50 automatic fire alarm systems of various common market brands.
• Approximately 1 camera surveillance system (CCTV) with around 40 cameras.

The estimated annual volume for the framework agreement is approximately SEK 1,500,000 (excluding VAT), with a maximum ceiling volume of SEK 8,000,000 (excluding VAT) for the entire contract duration. The awarded supplier may also be engaged for security technical installations in larger projects, though the client reserves the right to transfer this responsibility to a general contractor for coordination purposes.

Key aspects of the Statement of Work include:

• Communication/Documentation: The supplier must provide feedback on completed assignments, document all service measures, controls, and identified deviations. Protocols, updated drawings, and other relevant documentation must be submitted within two weeks of work completion. Documentation needs to be provided in editable digital formats (PDF for protocols, DWG and PDF for drawings). All necessary passwords, codes, and programming files for administration, operation, service, and future management of the client's facilities must be continuously provided.
• Execution: Materials and equipment must be compatible with existing systems and facilities, ensuring spare parts, support, and service throughout the product's normal lifespan.
• Service: A staffed contact function must be available on weekdays from 07:00 to 16:00 via phone and email for fault reports, service, support, bookings, and complaints. A designated contact person and at least one substitute are required, with telephone responses within two hours. A contact method for urgent matters must be accessible outside regular hours. The supplier is responsible for notifying the client of planned work and obtaining necessary access credentials.
• Defect Rectification and Penalties: The supplier is responsible for ensuring assignments are performed according to requirements and within agreed timelines. Defects must be rectified without cost to the client and without unreasonable delay. Penalties of SEK 5,000 per identified deviation apply for failure to meet agreed times for commencement or execution, or non-compliance with feedback and defect rectification requirements. Further penalties of SEK 5,000 per commenced seven-day period for persistent defects, up to a maximum of SEK 25,000 for the same deviation.
• Warranties: A minimum two-year warranty is required for delivered equipment and materials, and a five-year warranty for performed work and installation, commencing from approved installation. Longer manufacturer warranties will transfer to the client. Warranty-covered defects must be rectified at no cost, including labor, materials, and travel, with a new warranty period applying to replaced or rectified items.
• New Alarm Systems: Offers must be provided upon request for new installations.
