To ensure a safe, functional and appropriate environment at SiS’s institutions and to meet the authority’s need for technical expertise in the construction and property sector, framework agreements are procured for technical consulting and architect services. The procurement is intended to meet SiS’s need for qualified expertise in five (5) sub-areas: 1. Architecture, design and environmental design – Consulting services for the design of functional, sustainable, cost-effective, safe and operations-adapted environments, including building, interior and landscape architecture as well as lighting and large-kitchen planning. 2. Project management and technical coordination – Consulting services for leading and coordinating design processes, including technical coordination and digital information management (BIM). 3.
