TENDER DESCRIPTION

Scope Ekerö Municipality requires access to qualified and needs-adapted expert support in the area of threat assessment and advice in cases of threats and unlawful influence. The assignment includes support to the municipality in situations where employees or elected representatives are subjected to threats, hatred, harassment, or other forms of unlawful influence. The supplier shall carry out structured threat assessments, provide advice to affected individuals and managers, propose protective and support measures, and assist the municipality in dialogue and cooperation with relevant parties, such as the Swedish Police Authority (Polismyndigheten). The assignment is called off by the hour as needed. The supplier is not guaranteed any minimum scope. Contract period The contract period runs from 2027-01-01 to 2028-12-31. If the contracting authority does not terminate the agreement no later than three (3) months before the agreement expires, the agreement is automatically extended to 2029-12-31 and 2030-12-31.
