TENDER DESCRIPTION
The framework agreement concerns the installation of apparatus wagons. The wagons are delivered empty and are to be equipped with control and instrumentation equipment, switchgear and auxiliary transformers. The apparatus wagon is one of two units that make up a rotary converter. The rotary converters are part of the Swedish Transport Administration’s power supply facility. The converters are supplied with three-phase voltage from the public power grid and output the voltage 16.5 kV and a frequency of 16 2/3 Hz.
