TENDER DESCRIPTION

There is a need for an IT service that supports Trafikverket in measuring and monitoring project quality, with a particular focus on cooperation and the relationship between Trafikverket as the contracting authority and our suppliers. The service is used to capture and analyse, in a structured way, how cooperation works in depth, for example with regard to communication, collaboration, working methods and other factors that affect the quality of the relationship between contracting authority and supplier.
