TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns a framework agreement for contract works in the field of ventilation services. The work will be carried out following requests (calls-off) at the Swedish Film Institute’s premises Filmhuset at Gärdet and the Film Archive at Rotebro. Facts about the premises: Swedish Film Institute: The premises are K-listed. Construction material: cast in situ concrete Area: approx. 24 000 sq m Number of storeys: 6 Number of studios: 4 Number of cinemas: 3 Film Archive Rotebro Area: approx. 2500 sq m Number of storeys: 3 The framework agreement will be signed with two (2) contractors, where calls-off will be made by order of ranking, see AFC.43. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to conduct a separate procurement for calls-off exceeding 500 000 SEK. For calls-off, the Contracting Authority may appoint one of the contractors as the coordination responsible party.
