TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement relates to a framework agreement for construction works in the field of ventilation services. The works will be carried out following requests for award (call-offs) at the Swedish Film Institute’s premises Filmhuset at Gärdet and the Film Archive in Rotebro. Facts about the premises: Film Institute (Filminstitutet): The premises are listed as K-marked (K-märkt) Construction material: cast-in-place concrete (platsgjuten betong) Area: approx. 24,000 sq m Number of floors: 6 Number of studios: 4 Number of cinemas: 3 Film Archive Rotebro: Area: approx. 2,500 sq m. Number of floors: 3 A framework agreement will be signed with two (2) contractors, where call-offs will be made through ranking; see AFC.43. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to carry out a separate procurement for call-offs exceeding 500,000 SEK. For call-offs, the Contracting Authority may appoint one of the contractors as the coordination party responsible.
