TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement pursuant to Section 131 et seq. of the Public Procurement Act (ZZVZ) between the contracting authority and multiple suppliers, whereby individual contracts will be awarded by a procedure with renewed competition among the participants of the framework agreement within the meaning of Section 132(3)(a) of the ZZVZ. The subject of the framework agreement, or respectively the subject of the individual contracts awarded by the agreed procedure on the basis of and according to the agreement, will be the provision of services consisting primarily of: - supply of new refrigeration or freezing equipment at gas stations (hereinafter referred to as the "equipment"); - provision and performance of warranty service for refrigeration or freezing equipment for the duration of the warranty period of 60 months from the date the equipment is taken over by the contracting authority; - provision and performance of post-warranty service of the equipment for a period of 60 months from the date the equipment is taken over by the contracting authority; post-warranty service also includes the supply of spare parts for the…
