TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement pursuant to § 131 et seq. of the Public Procurement Act, the subject of which will be the conditions for awarding specific public contracts for the supply of diesel fuel. Public contracts will be awarded with the reopening of competition among the participants of the framework agreement. The competition will be conducted according to the rules set out in the framework agreement, the template of which is Annex No. 3 of the procurement documentation published on the contracting authority's profile (NEN).
