TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the Framework Agreement is to regulate the procedure for concluding partial purchase contracts (hereinafter referred to as "Purchase Contracts" or individually "Purchase Contract") (i) for the production and delivery of up to 13 dual-source electric units powered from fixed traction devices of the 25kV AC system with a traction battery, fully capable of operating on railway tracks with a gauge of 1,435 mm on the territory of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as "Units" or individually "Unit"), including all permits, approvals, consents and registrations ("registrations" in this procurement documentation shall mean all registrations having a character similar to permits, approvals or consents), which are valid according to legislation on the day of handing over the relevant Unit to the contracting authority, necessary for the operation and use of the delivered Units and which will enable the contracting authority to properly and without restrictions operate and use the Units on the territory of the Czech Republic, and also including the technical documentation belonging to the relevant Units to the extent specified in the Framework Agreement; and/or (ii)…
