TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this procurement procedure is to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of up to 100 diesel buses and up to 100 mild-hybrid buses for city routes and to provide related performance for the contracting authority. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of five (5) years, with one selected supplier. The subject of the framework agreement is the arrangement of mutual rights and obligations concerning the awarding of sectoral public contracts based on the framework agreement. The subject of the individual public contracts awarded on the basis of the concluded framework agreement will be the delivery of up to 100 diesel buses and up to 100 mild-hybrid buses for city routes according to the PID Quality Standards – PID Buses, equipped with a ticketing and information system (OIS), as required by the contracting authority.
