TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this public contract is to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier for carrying out construction works, repairs of road surfaces in the cadastral area of Frenštát pod Radhoštěm, in accordance with the contracting authority’s requirements set out further in the contract and resulting from the tender documentation for this public contract and/or from applicable legal regulations and ČSN standards. The subject of the contract is, in particular, the performance of the following activities: - preparing documentation for execution of the work (DPS) or a technical solution according to the nature of the repair (the technical solution should include: a map background showing the scope of the works to be carried out; a textual description and a bill of quantities including unit prices); - removing the asphalt-concrete road surface layer, including hauling it to a landfill within 5 km or disposal with subsequent submission of waste transfer documents and a statement of disposal or recycling; - “submission of documents on lawful disposal, storage, or recycling of all types of construction rubble and waste arising during the execution of the works, including…
