TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement between the contracting authority and a single supplier for the provision of consulting and advisory services for the needs of the contracting authority. Based on this framework agreement, the selected supplier undertakes to provide the contracting authority, on the basis of individual contracts, services consisting in: a) Preparation of materials for the implementation of projects, including proposals, modifications and/or opinions concerning projects in the fields of information systems, cyber security and telematics. b) Project and programme management and the provision of organisational, managerial and administrative services related thereto, including support in the preparation of the procurement contract terms and the coordination of suppliers in the performance of public contracts. c) Management of quality and risks and the provision of independent oversight (TDI) and an audit of the contracting authority’s implemented projects, and the provision of project management services. d) Provision of services related to the management of the life cycles of the implemented projects and…
