TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of this public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement within the meaning of Section 131 et seq. of the Act. The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 4 years, or until the financial limit of CZK 250,000,000 exclusive of VAT is exhausted, depending on whichever occurs earlier (hereinafter also only the “framework agreement”). The framework agreement will be concluded between the above contracting authority and up to 10 participants in the procurement procedure, with those participants who, after evaluation, are ranked from first to tenth place. Should the contracting authority not be able to conclude the framework agreement with the number of suppliers stated in the previous sentence (i.e. 10 suppliers) because a sufficient number of tenders is not submitted or these tenders do not meet the requirements laid down by the Act or by the contracting authority, or because a sufficient number of suppliers does not demonstrate fulfilment of qualification to the required extent, then, in accordance with Section 133(2) of the Act, the contracting authority is entitled to conclude the framework agreement only with those suppliers who have met…
