TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the public contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement within the meaning of Section 131 et seq. of the Act. The framework agreement shall be concluded for a period of 4 years, or until exhaustion of the financial limit in the amount of CZK 250,000,000 excluding VAT, depending on whichever occurs first (hereinafter also only “framework agreement”). The framework agreement shall be concluded between the above-mentioned contracting authority and up to 10 participants in the procurement procedure, namely with the participants who, following evaluation, place from first to tenth. If the contracting authority is unable to conclude the framework agreement with the number of suppliers stated in the previous sentence (i.e. 10 suppliers) because a sufficient number of tenders will not be submitted or those tenders do not meet the requirements set by law or by the contracting authority, or because a sufficient number of suppliers fails to demonstrate qualification to the required extent, then, pursuant to Section 133(2) of the Act, the contracting authority is entitled to conclude the framework agreement only with those suppliers that met these…
