TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract (VZ) is the performance of construction works and repairs in military facilities in the Moravia region, with the aim of ensuring their proper building-technical condition. This involves carrying out repairs to internal plaster, ceramic wall coverings, paintings and coatings, minor repairs to masonry, horizontal structures and staircases, repairs to metalworking and locksmith structures, repairs to cladding/roof metalwork, dry construction, screening elements, carpentry and joinery, and carpentry (woodworking), repairs to floor coverings and related layers, repairs to roof coverings and roof elements, repairs to building technical equipment, and the associated dismantling, demolition works, ensuring the disposal of the resulting waste in accordance with applicable legal regulations, and establishing the construction site/worksite facilities during the period of the repair.
