TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the procurement procedure is to conclude a framework agreement pursuant to Section 131 of the Act with one supplier. The subject matter of public contracts awarded on the basis of the framework agreement shall be the provision of consultancy and advisory services for the needs of the contracting authority. The subject matter of public contracts awarded on the basis of the framework agreement is specified in outline in the draft framework agreement (annex to the procurement documents). The subject matter of public contracts awarded on the basis of the framework agreement is the provision of qualified services in the preparation of the PPP project Reconstruction, modernisation and operation of public lighting in Plzeň. This involves the provision of consultancy and advisory services in the area of project management, the provision of consultations in the area of quality management, economic advice and other advisory services.
