Rammeaftale angående teknisk rådgivning til Anlægsprojekter (Udbud 2026)

TENDER DESCRIPTION

This tender concerns the provision of technical consultancy for construction projects in Frederiksberg Municipality. The framework agreement is primarily expected to be used for the implementation of cloudburst projects, including combined with roads and/or urban spaces/landscaping. However, the projects may also concern construction projects without cloudburst elements. Frederiksberg Municipality envisions that the framework agreement will be entered into with an engineering firm possibly supplemented by sub-consultants regarding specific disciplines and landscape architecture. A 2-year framework agreement is tendered with commencement on 23 February 2027 and with an option for the municipality to extend up to 2 x 12 months. The municipality expects that the total annual expenditure on the three parallel framework agreements will be approximately DKK 13 million excluding VAT. The annual remuneration under each framework agreement will depend on which project agreements the respective consultant is awarded, cf. section 5 of the framework agreement, as well as Frederiksberg Municipality’s decisions regarding the initiation of projects under the framework agreements.
