TENDER DESCRIPTION

Upon dispatch of this contract notice, Rødovre Municipality has initiated a public tender, cf. Sections 56-57 of Act No. 1564 of 15 December 2015 (the Public Procurement Act), for a framework agreement covering technical consultancy and assistance relating to architectural, landscape architectural and engineering work (comprehensive consultancy) in connection with the construction of new artificial turf pitches and renovation of artificial turf pitches or sports facilities with similar functionality, e.g. athletics tracks, padel tennis, hockey etc. Based on the tender, a framework agreement will be entered into with a single supplier to provide the services covered by the tendered framework agreement. The estimated value of the framework agreement amounts to DKK 10 million exclusive of VAT. The value is based on the contracting authority’s historical portfolio and needs for comprehensive consultancy over the past 4 years. The maximum value of the framework agreement amounts to DKK 20 million exclusive of VAT.
