TENDER DESCRIPTION

Rødovre Municipality has, by sending this procurement notice, initiated a public procurement pursuant to §§ 56-57 of Act no. 1564 of 15 December 2015 (the Procurement Act) of a framework agreement covering technical consultancy and assistance regarding architectural, landscape architectural, and engineering works (total consultancy) in connection with new construction and renovation of artificial turf pitches or sports facilities with similar functionality, e.g. athletics tracks, padel tennis, hockey, etc. Based on the procurement, a framework agreement will be entered into with one supplier to provide the services covered by the procured framework agreement. The estimated value of the framework agreement amounts to DKK 10 million excl. VAT. The value is based on the contracting authority's historical portfolio and need for total consultancy over the past 4 years. The maximum value of the framework agreement is DKK 20 million excl. VAT.
